Powerbanks - the hottest product right now

.......BEWARE of cheap imitations.

The last 6 months has seen a flood of Powerbanks into the promotional market.  These are a fantastic product and a great promotional tool however there are a couple of questions to ask before you buy:

1. Do the power banks come with the relevant compliance certificate.
2. Are the batteries in the power banks a reputable brand or are they generic?  
3. Is the casing around the battery fire retardant?

And the age old advice still applies, if the price looks too good to be true....then it probably is.
